The EPC Plus provides a fully rounded service. It provides your customer with a total package from guidance on upgrade works that could be carried out on a property through to project managing and delivering improvements on a property. Upgrade works are supplied through the Vibrant supply chain that operates across the UK and is fully vetted. All upgrade works will be project managed by a specialist team that can help with decision making on what to do with the property.
