The Role
At Vibrant, we’re always looking for detail-oriented, passionate and organised individuals to partner with! As a Domestic Energy Assessor, you choose your own flexibility and schedule between Monday-Saturday and get paid per job.
Jobs are available all across the UK, and with your workload depending on your location and flexibility, this is the perfect role for people who are used to working around their own schedule and finding their own hours.
What is a Domestic
Energy Assessor?
A Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) evaluates the energy efficiency of properties. They are responsible for assessing a home’s energy performance and providing an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). A DEA ensures properties comply with government regulations regarding energy performance; you will be expected to stay updated with changes in energy regulations and standards and must be accredited by a recognised body to perform assessments.
This role offers the freedom to work independently, requiring self-motivation, organisational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. Domestic Energy Assessors play a critical role in maintaining property standards and contributing to the overall success of the property services sector.
What's Involved?
As a DEA with Vibrant, you’ll be expected to accurately collect and interpret data and have strong communication skills as friendly, clear and effective communication with clients is key. You will have access to our in-house booking and scheduling system, Evolve, which seamlessly slots appointments into your calendar, freeing up your time.
We eliminate the hassle of sourcing or booking work - we handle all these tasks for you. Our Inbound Support Team is available from 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, ready to assist you with any queries or support you require.
